Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. my store team despite being new have been doing amazing with the circumstances we've been dealt
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to make a difference with guests as well as helping motivate my team to grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
after getting hired and having a 100% turnover, 13 day working stretch and retraining majority of our district myself, for a time i felt as though i was doing my job and my bosses in addition to my employees. I've been with the company for 60 days. I don't know why i'm paid so low for all the work
