What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Leadership team is big on buzzwords, and they seem to have high turnover rate themselves. It feels like people enter leadership, then slowly back out the door. They need to actually have a plan and care about whats happening here.

Taking into consideration the cost of life ( inflation etc...)

The autonomy to work remotely is great. I get my work done on my time and with more enthusiasm and care than I ever did in an office setting. The mental and physical health perks are also amazing. I'm in better shape both physically and mentally due to these benefits.

The amount of work done is not aligned with tier/compa ratio or compensation. Bonuses can be awarded when applicable.

The Team spirit and honesty

I just want to know what our plan is. We have so many moving parts right now and they all feel very early and explorative, yet the leadership team acts as if we have a solid stone plan to lead to success. The same buzzwords have been used for years, the only difference is the people saying them.

I'm worried that the past acquisitions aren't paying off. The result of these plus changes in the market are causing our VET to take drastic moves like layoffs. These cause stress on who's left. I've heard multiples times "do more with less." that isn't a strategy or good leadership.
