Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I consistently outperform my peers, I was assured of advancement previously and was given a window of time during which it would happen, but it didn't happen even though I continued to perform better and better. I was counting on that promotion for financial reasons and stayed because it was coming.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is committed to the mission, the products and our customers. We come together when something unexpected arises that we can address and rectify. We have a fantastically capable, talented and compassionate group all working together for the common good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The stated mission is truly a lofty and benevolent one that is going to change lives for many many people. It is an attainable goal and one that we are consistently moving toward and providing better and better products and support.
