  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Waffle House?
Waffle House doesn't advertise other than within the stores on our own products. It has a bad reputation and ads could help curb that perception as the home of intoxicated, undereducated, poor, lower class employees. My coworkers are all quite normal and have average appearances versus the rest of blue collar society.
