We are short staffed, over worked, under paid and unappreciated. Making phone calls to remind customers to pick up their prescriptions shouldn't be such a high priority that we have to carelessly rush through filling prescriptions and waiting on customers to get it done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers are the best. Most are very supportive of each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Turning the interview it seemed as though it would be a fast paced job, but enjoyable.

We are all going through the same disrespect and stress that we sympathize and want to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are so many jobs with less stress, less responsibility, more respectful supervision, and better pay. This is why people leave. This is why I will be leaving soon.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers hear the pharmacists yelling at techs and cussing about their jobs. I can tell by the looks on their faces that they can't believe what they are hearing. Occasionally they will say something about it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take a look around and see that people are so stressed out they are having to take 10 minutes to go in the restroom to compose themselves. Realize that there is a high turnover in our location for a reason. Make changes not apologies.
