
Stand by the employees doing the actual work in the stores
The pay, that is not including what the new RPh hires get.
They need to be trained properly, for the most part they are thrown into the pharmacy with no experience whatsoever.
We all feel undervalued, stop giving us pizza parties and blue jean days... we are medical professionals who are most likely gonna end up with severe clinical depression or PTSD. We need better pharmacy layouts, more qualified staff, and more rewards for those laoyal to the company.
