No breaks. They don't hire enough people. They work everyone to death, which isn't enjoyable, healthy, or productive. People in corporate don't give a crap about people doing the actual work below them. It's a bad aura and community because everyone hates being there, and shows it.

Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your store and services and be proud of it.

If we were all treated better than we would be better at our job, want to be there, and it wouldn't be a toxic atmosphere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people are nice, but when you are around sad, and frustrated people all day, it's hard to have very good bonds with them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to study up on how real productivity and employee loyalty works, because that is how you build a strong company with quality services, while still being efficient because you gotta take care of the people if you want the work to be done well.
