The store manager is a people person and seem to understand where you we're coming from.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers feel like noone has time for them and their needs are not being met. They feel like they are not being heard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be kinder we are all under stress. We don't need to be hateful to each other. A little kindness goes a long way
