We are overworked and severly unpaid. We never get breaks and do not get help from the store. Out stote manager goes out of his way not to help us.

We have never had a employee meeting withinthe last ten years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our rph mamager is new to us but seems great. Our store manager only looks out for himself and our store has declined since he had been here.
