I have been with this company 20 years for the last six years I have worked in the pharmacy my complaint is why are they giving out all these bonuses to newcomers but the people who have stuck by this company and all the changes don't even get a cost-of-living raise I am getting ready to retire!

We all get along very well in a high stress environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k) plan is the only thing I'm grateful for after 20 years
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't even know who the leader ship team is we recently got a new DM and he has never introduced his self at least not to me I think that is very unprofessional!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a melting pot of all ages me being the oldest person in the store since 2007 and I get along very well with my coworkers but most of all I love my customers and most of them will leave when I do
What makes you most happy at work?
The coworkers and customers, because I know all of them by name!From day one of working in the photo department I was told by one of the district photo managers that people do not have to come to Walgreens they could go somewhere else but if you know their name they will feel special
