Worked almost 3 years and was told because I was late (which they tracked down over months) and was told to terminate my employment without giving me any discipline or write ups. As for me, I have to have a second job and I am continuing my education full time in school and I was doing 10 hour shift
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay was low compared to everyone else
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better HR, better reviews on disipline and polocies
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at incentivizing people who generally put effort into the company and have a lengthy stay. They are there for a reason, don't shut them out as if they are a newly bad employee. Have better peer reviews on terminations.
