What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
very diverse customer base, people speak lots of different languages in the store. boss understands that you're a person and people sometimes make mistakes. no perfection expected.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pharmacy is understaffed. photo department is often closed. retail is understaffed. shelves are bare. prescription lines are long. They need to pay people more and treat them better so they want to stay.
