Finding people who actually want to work, people who are dedicated to helping others and genuinely want to make people happy.
Dealing with the good customers, I enjoy helping people and answering their questions about products. I would do my job for free if I had too because I love helping.
I would ask more questions like "are you going to be reliable?" " will you show up and actually work?". People are just doing the bare minimum to earn a paycheck
I feel undervalued because management doesn't acknowledge you good attributes but insted belittles you because you were not properly trained on how to do something or your capability to get the job done.
