The most traumatizing and mentality exhausting job I have ever had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My work environment is toxic. It feels very segregated and sometimes it feels uncomfortable to work with management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to learn appropriate communication skills. Empathy for their fellow colleagues and understanding of thoes with disabilities

Finding people who actually want to work, people who are dedicated to helping others and genuinely want to make people happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Dealing with the good customers, I enjoy helping people and answering their questions about products. I would do my job for free if I had too because I love helping.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would ask more questions like "are you going to be reliable?" " will you show up and actually work?". People are just doing the bare minimum to earn a paycheck
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because management doesn't acknowledge you good attributes but insted belittles you because you were not properly trained on how to do something or your capability to get the job done.
