So far I have experienced that If you work hard and don't spend your time talking instead of working you are not rewarded and you are expected to pick up the slack. Oh, and also you get less hours than everyone else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Haven't had a company meeting in 4 months.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how fast and how great communication was.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe not be so openly judgmental about customers or coworkers? Its an extremely toxic workplace.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organizing and prioritizing Duties that need to be done. They lack so much of organization that I often wonder why they wouldn't be completed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The staff needs to have their priorities in order and be held responsible for getting their work done. I shouldn't have to pick up others slack just because they want to talk instead of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I wasn't being discriminated against and given the short hand of the stick just because I don't talk to my coworkers, I focus on my work and do what needs to be done.
