Every day i come in someone has called in which throws the whole store off because there is never enough people scheduled which leaves us all to have to do double maybe even tripple the work on top of dealing with ruthless relentless customers always mad every day i come in i feel sick to my stomach
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More people scheduled, more hours, higher pay, no cut hours no matter what time of year it is, yearly raises .50, give back the christmas $200 bonuses, fix the pharmacy, fix the phone systems
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my managers they do their best but now they are leaving as well because of all the problems within walgreens i mean people who have been here for 20 years or more i think thats a big sign
