It my second home and I love being around people that make me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part we work as a team. We get to know other and some become friends. Sadly our morale needs to be much better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A lot of our customers are ruthless and we have to take. It would be nice if our mgt would stand up for us. Sometimes the customers aren't right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company use to do things like a bonus check for our years of service, but they took that way. Then its was a gift cards but they took that away. Gave out Walgreen's mugs, nope gone too! Our Str.mgt use to cater our holidays, gone too! I left and returned on good terms and I make $5 less now.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think the over all morale could a huge lift. We use to feel important. Like we would get a bonus for our years of service or a gift cards. Do the red, gold, silver star program and the employee of the month. Show us that you care about the lil people. Ones that deal with the customers one on one.
