We need more open communication opportunities where everyone can be involved, but that’s honestly unrealistic given the nature of our work.
Those interactions with customers where you find out you turned someone’s day around just by doing something small, and you didn’t even realize they were having a bad day to begin with. It’s being able to try to make someone’s day just a little bit better, even if it’s just in a Little Way.
