Treating their employees as people and not just a body. Listen to their concerns and try and be flexiable to their needs

They need to acknowledge religious prefrences, and if that person can not work on a particular day they should not be forced to

My co workers are "clicky" the managers stick together and don't interact with the rest of the crew. If you are not in their click then you are not even acknowledged
