We need more employees or the pharmacy wills start heading downhill.

More employees. The budget for the pharmacy staff needs to be increased significantly. The money made from everything is going straight into the CEO's pocket.

The best things about the team is the amount of work they do without complaint. We all complain a little but no one ever stops.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to put in more time. The employees are working 60 hours a week where I barely see the leadership team there 30 hours a week.
