Better management supervisors be able to call maanger when off duty in evenings

Better supervisors and be able to call Manager when not onduty since shift leaders know nothing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Traning, supervision, help with procedures when can't help customers properly, cash register doesn't work, scanners don't work, card machines don't work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid everywhere! Shift leaders don't know anything & never call managers when we need help they just shrug shoulders. Can't learn anything to be be promoted due to inept supervisors and managers so its very hard to increase salary if no feedback or correct training & help isn't offered
