Taking their job more seriously and making sure to take a step back and evaluate their work ethic instead of blaming it on another person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I make less than an average Pharmacy technician and feel as though that I don’t get raises as often as other people. If I got more raises, I’d feel more appreciated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being underpaid and under appreciated, what could be improved is if they went more out of their way to make their employees feel valued. Also if they’d put more money into their employees pockets instead of cutting areas so they can save money .
