
Leadership need to look at more then just the statistics
1) Get the point - not every customer will be happy. 2) Increase hours per store - it gets busy because we don't have enough people on Monday, among others. 3) Designated Hitters are the worst fill-ins for cashiers. Have an second actually cashier for night shift.
I'd say that 5 minute meetings shouldn't happen - they take 10 minutes (minimum) due to being stuck on the floor and customers interrupting. Also, management should get it down to cliffnotes to make it so we actually get it. Half the time we don't fully get the 5 minute meeting details.
