sometimes we can get along and work together as a team

sometimes we work together but sometimes there's problems cause he don't have someone in charge. So sometimes that cause problems
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We don't have a pharmacy manager at this time so there so in charge and the store manager will only help when big wig come in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cause min wage is actually only $3.00 less then what i make as a senior pharmacy tech that i have to be certified and license. So the wage should of increase when min wage did to be honest!
