I work in a hostile work environment. There isn't much that is comfortable there. Pace of work is too stressful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better at listening, empathy, professionalism, and doing a good job. They facilitate a hostile work environment and seem to have no problem with that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
their salaries are not very comparable with other companies in the nearby area and people with much less experience are making more money than me. I am looking to leave the company based partly on this.
