My overall work experience is a very positive one and I am generally happy with my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personal relationships are encouraged. All the staff are very kind to each other and it is easy to develop personal and long lasting relationships with my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team work hard to make the store a better place. When something isn't working well everyone is very intent on trying to resolve the problem in the best way possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and the regular customers I have grown close to. I love the relationships I've fostered at my company and enjoy spending time with my coworkers even outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly and personable and I've developed positive with relationship with almost all of my leadership team. For the most part leadership is willing to listen to my ideas and make me feel like a valued member of the staff.
