The company keeps adding new work loads on us and they completely took away our freedom of expression within our stores.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're going through a massive buy out of another company before taking care of employees needs first. We're getting less and less care as the years go on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very disposable and if they could come up with a plan to give us sick time without clearing out our paid time off that would be great. Everyone deserves sick time and vacation time and they took that away from us years ago.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and overall care for employees. We don't get sick time yet we're supposed to be a healthcare facility. They get upset when you need days off for being sick or family issues and our sick time either has to come out of paid vacation or you don't get paid at all.
