It would be ok I would say. Wish they would stop making us stay open on the holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. Would be good if nobody shopped on Christmas and Thanksgiving.

My store manager I would say is pretty decent

I have some fine coworkers and managers. Could be a little better though.

I wish that Walgreens would close on Thanksgiving and on Christmas day. They are a greedy corporation that is looking for extra profit
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's work so it isn't anything super exciting. I as an introvert have to interact with customers. I also have to wear Khaki pants also. Sweat pants would be nice to wear
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish Walgreens would pay a little more per employee. A few extra dollars per hour would be good. I get paid only a little over $10 per hour. Maybe $15 per hour would be good without the prices of other stuff going up. That way I could have a bigger paycheck
