
Actually holding employees responsible for being late, doing things that they are told they are not allowed to do...
It depends on the day really. For the most part my peers are supportive and helpful, however management doesn't seem to be any more motivated than the clerks and seem just as stressed out. Everything always seems to be falling apart or not good enough
I am paid just over $11 an hour to run a department, plus cover back up and breaks, help customers in my department as well as any other, help in the pharmacy, put up displays, stock shelves, put up and take down tags, take out trash, clean up after other employees who aren't made to clean up messes
