When minimum wage goes up, then everyone else's pay should go up accordingly. Also don't lower employees pay.
Unfortunately, the things that the leadership team need to do to make things better are out of their hands. The CEO and corporate treat store employees (on every level) poorly and with every change, it gets worse.
It's mostly positive, however when we are short staffed (due to budget cuts), and given even more duties (Fed Ex), customers complain (rightly so). Also, not given any tools to help stop shoplifters, but getting in trouble for higher shrink.
