I love Walgreens because team members delight in providing the best customer service around! You definitely see the difference between Walgreens and other retailers. Our team focuses and delights in providing great experiences for our customers!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making people's days. Helping them find what they need. Showing that we care! And, when we have enough hours, and can get the tasks done that we desire to do to help our customers have great experiences!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Walgreens desires to be a healthcare and beauty destination. They need to continue to work on priorities in order to have ECC to reach these goals. Leadership should communicate with store managers because they know better how we can provide this and how drastically decreasing hours hurt these goals
