I am retired living on a fixed income and working part time for the extra money as well as to interact with others rather than spend so much time alone. They never make me feel too old for the job and often praise me in my work. I will work here for a long time to come.

We work as a team to best get the job done in a safe and timely fashion, with the least amount of hiccups or setbacks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every employee respects the others beliefs and lifestyles. We work together to help and support each other without our personal feelings, thoughts or beliefs becoming a negative in our working environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide training, feedback and support when needed. They always make themselves available when needed. They listen to suggestions, complaints or just plain venting. Then offer or institute solutions and provide follow through.
What makes you most happy at work?
The comeraderie of co-workers and management to satisy the customers and each other. The upbeat attitude comfort of my co-workers and customers. Seeing a customer smiling and happy is my goal. And having co-workers that feel good about causing that pleasure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I started at a fair hourly wage and have been given the earned amount in raises. I give 110% to my job and they pay me a fair wage for it. I receive an employee discount which adds a lot to my monthly budget.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The welcoming and comfort the interviewer made me feel. I didn't feel that usual nervousness at interviews. She was very inviting, asked questions answered my questions with professionalism. The invitation to call if I thought of anything else I needed an answer to was something new to me.
