work a little harder and take some of the burden off of me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
there is very little "management" - just a series of trivial tasks that MUST be accomplished, Customer service is paid service but is not really a priority
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
hire more people especially for the evening and night shifts. managers make sure that there are plenty of people duting their shifts but keep them to a minimum at other tines
