I feel like I'm treated rudely and with hostility by customers and occasionally management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's not the best. No one seems to consistently know what they're doing and it impacts the store heavily.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Probably have management actually advocate for their employees and step in if customers are harassing employees, especially if it's sexually, as opposed to expecting employees to just sit there and take it to appease the customer.
