Make it more relevant and give hiring managers more discretion
Too many insulated people that are only in it for themselves
Compensation of older managers is high while newer managers are paid much less without any chance of advancement.
Unfortunately the leadership is almost all foreigners. They do not understand the US market and want to operate the stores as if they are still in Europe. They cut corners and undermine the staff at every turn. Burned out employees are dangerous.
