It isn't the typical questions. It is a specific scenario interview that consists of the ability to describe a situation, how it was handled, and the ultimate outcome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The rate of pay is not adequate to compete with competition; therefore, it does not attract well trained independently assertive employees that are at work to earn more than a paycheck.
