I'm receiving a lot of unnecessary training - training for things that have nothing to do with my actual job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer help quite often.

One pharmacist never answers the phone - I hate that!

Just the hourly wage - I don't work enough hours to get anything else.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some people just don't want to work hard... it's hard to get around that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't interview - I was a rite aid employee who was bought out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Teamwork needs to grow - not just telling people that they need to be a good team, but actually sorting issues out that make teamwork hard.
