Coworkers that are on the same level are very friendly and usually have your back
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some stores are great at working as a team, those stores are the great ones to work for
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is usually understanding and quick to act but it does get slower the higher you go
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Business is up and work hours are down so we rarely have the team size needed for safe and effective service in the pharmacy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve worked for Walgreens for over 5 years and became an intern this year. My pay from annual raises exceeds the usual intro pay for an intern so I will receive zero raises through pharmacy school although my responsibilities will likely increase 2-3x.
