So far my Walgreens work experience has been good, as I continue working there I hope that it will continue to get better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K, I just put the money there, don't even miss it. It just continues to grow because the company matches so much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All the team members are very friendly and easy to work and talk to. We try to work together and communciate with each other to get the job done efficiently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer put me at ease. I felt relaxed and that made the interview go smoothly. Also, the questions were well thought out about different situtions, not just a yes or no answer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their open door policy and how they try to help and work with the team, not just tell you wahat to do, but do it with you. They work together with other team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The store is always stocked and clean as possible. We also try to keep a happy environmet for our customers so that they will keep coming back to our store. Clean and friendly customer service.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get the opportunity to talk and interact with customers that come into the store. Being able to help our customers and keep them happy, also working with our other teammembers makes me happy too somtime.
