Well it went well for me because I am a dedicated person who know what they want and get things done

The management needs to be more strict about how they run the job instead of allowing people to not complete their tasks
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to hire staff that love their job and want to work to better the company instead of lazy people that just want a paycheck and leave all the work for hard workers like myself
