They always listen to those that are below them and take our opinions into consideration when managing processes at the local level

Everyone is cooperative with one another, constantly working to improve individually and as a team. Everyone is grateful for one anothers role in our success.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the situational questions and the laid-back, discussion-like format. It was nice to be able to speak frankly and discuss the things that mattered most to me.
