I actually enjoyed working with people in the beauty department and some of the other cashiers.
They really allow a lot of creativity when building displays and wearing things you would want to wear.
There was little actual leadership visible since the story seemed to constantly need more managers or turn over management.
The interview was barely existent as long as I showed up, they pretty much said there was a job.
I was started at a cashier position and held there for MONTHS even though I was a certified pharmacy technician and applied through their employment process for a job in the back. Selling cigarettes and not being able to work in my profession was awful.
Delaying the move into the field I needed to work in because they did not want to pay me the differential for working in the pharmacy where I had been trained to work. Rather, they kept me behind the cashier for over three months and past the initial training period. They were greedy and unfair.
