Getting paid more especially for the work being done.

The overtime and getting paid for it as well as the people I work with.

The employee who interviewed me. The assistant store manager. She was a great employee and person.

For specific management to change a little and support the staff more and be more open minded.

Our friendships on the job and having a good time a work while getting the job done.

We got along and had each others backs and most had great personalities and were good teachers and work together nicely.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The part of town is not that great and the customers we bring on can be very rude. It can be approved by management always having employees back over customers.
