Previously, part-time workers could earn time off. Company took away all benefits for hourly workers above 20 hours but below 30 hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO continues to "save money" by reducing hours at the store level, removing team member benefits, removing management bonuses, all while taking a multimillion dollar raise each year.
