Nothing really. I'm just generally not big on interviews.
They're good people. Most of them hard working, and even though the company doesn't care about us, we still care about the job we do.
Everyone is friendly and cares about doing the best they can. Although we're understaffed and the pharmacy is several slammed at all times, everyone does the best they can to help each other.
Actually listening to employees, stop with the lip service of "thanking us" and actually show appreciation through action instead of empty words. Do for employees instead of putting all the money in their pockets.
An across the board increase for all employees. Sad that they raised the wages for people just starting, but the people that have been there for years got nothing. Not to mention cutting bonuses while the CEO's salary increased by 41%.
