Walgreens promotes the dumbest people and the best and most hardworking employees get left behind. If you don't agree with upper-leadership on everything they will keep you down. I will continue to challenge them because majority of them are total clowns with no love or passion for the company!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise in pay! When "overpaid money counters" AKA shift leads make more and also beauty consultants get paid a lot more to stand still like a mannequin while the backbone workers get paid a low wage and without these employees, Walgreens would be nothing! SHAME ON WALGREENS!!!!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders at Walgreens are lost in the past. Common sense needs to be a key factor going forward for this company to be successful and last for years to come. Very bad leadership running stores and districts. A more modern approach is needed. Stores are being neglected and run down and its very sad.
