Terrible. They expect more and more and you get less and less, you're not treated respectfully, there are no thank you's the benefits aren't that great, overall there really isn't any reason to stay

I interviewed over ten years ago, the interview process has completely changed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Walgreens as a company is ridiculous, they expect a great deal and again you get nothing in return
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and time that I put in isn't even appreciated, we are always expected to do more and more with less help
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat the employees as they should be treated with respect, pay them fairly, give them bonuses, walgreens needs to go back to the way that it used to be.
