Giving fair share breaks to others and rotating cashier every 2 hours so tasks can get done for everyone and co workers need to help more at other registers when where really busy including answering the phones
Being patient & helpful with others doing team work and acknowledging people with learning disabilities and giving fair share breaks, not showing favoritism and solving conflicts with co workers not mistreating people unfair or disrespecting them !!
Because of the favoritism i witnessed & seen how differently i was treated effected me alot buy questioning my worth & hating to come to work everyday because of the drama there not getting credit for any of the hard work i put in or getting good enough training walgreen's dont accept disabilities
