Legitimately nothing. It is a robotic & unrewarding work environment
Giving employees space to breathe & care for themselves while on the clock. They work us relentlessly & with both overwhelming & impossible expectations
Walgreens is expensive. The rewards system is too complicated (coupons especially) for both employees & customers to really benefit from. Again, employees grnuinely overworked, etc
The working class & working poor need actual health benefits, for one. & Reasonable pay for the exhausting workload were expected to fulfill every 9 hour shift. Actual time to eat (15-30 mins is not enough time, seriously). Also, more reasonable store prices. Walgreens' prices alone are criminal
My coworkers are not the issue. We all work incredibly hard against our will for the better part of our days. Seriously, it doesn't matter how early I come in; even if im scheduled to work as soon as we open. I never have any time left to do anything (even productive) w/ my day. We are overworked
