Good in the early years. No employee respect after 2014 when Boots came in. Terrible company to work for. Plus the pharmacy technicians were treated very poorly. Not even given breaks,only to work as many as 10 hours straight. While the pharmacist sat on a chair in the back. Chairs were even removed

Nothing ,except happy engaging customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize your team as people and not your underlings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise in 8 years. Said I was capped. Don't know why I stayed,foolish.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get off of your phone and do some work. Mgr stop having favorites and making it apparent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired in 1988 with no interview and no application. Right off the street. Wasn't even there is apply.
