Over worked and underpaid. Covid has changed us all, including the pharmacy. How dare corporate triple our work load without any compensation. Pharmacy techs bear the brunt of all the work with zero help. You would be lucky if there are any of us left to pick up the pieces of customers waiting hours

Our management needs to be better at leading!! Our store is quickly going under.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are dangerously understaffed and overworked. Covid shots have increased our volume but out staff has decreased by half. Without help we should not be open or reported to the board.
