What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our management needs to be better at leading!! Our store is quickly going under.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are dangerously understaffed and overworked. Covid shots have increased our volume but out staff has decreased by half. Without help we should not be open or reported to the board.
